Small business is the lifeblood of our economy. I oppose overreaching bureaucratic regulation being imposed by government agencies on small businesses and government managed free trade agreements which favor large corporations and special interests over small businesses and consumers.

Protecting Ohio Taxpayers & Consumers
If we are to have Integrity for a Change in state government, we need to elect principled, independent leaders. But there can be no integrity in public office without a fundamental change in the system. This is why I have proposed specific initiatives to:
- Eliminate large dollar no-bid contracts from the AG’s office
- Dramatically increase transparency of the office, by putting the specific financial information online and open to the public and the media
- Returning monies collected by the AG’s office back to the people’s treasury, eliminating the current “slush fund” system
I will prosecute true consumer fraud to the fullest extent of the law. As your Independent Attorney General, I will not be bound to powerful special interests.

I believe in the right for every American to defend themselves and their loved ones. As your Attorney General, I will protect the rights of Ohioans who stand their ground. I’m committed to helping citizens build safer communities and expanding law enforcement training of open and concealed carry laws.

Protecting Ohio’s Children & Families
As Attorney General, I will fully enforce Ohio’s legal restrictions on abortion under O.R.C. 2919 and other applicable statutes. I will defend Ohio law against activism by unelected federal judges.
I believe parents have a fundamental right to direct the education and upbringing of their children. As such, I fully support educational choice, including the choice to home school. Attorney General, I will protect children by protecting parental rights.
Protecting Ohio’s Family Farms
I oppose overreaching bureaucratic regulations such as NAIS and restrictions on herdshare agreements. I oppose government managed trade agreements which favor large corporations and special interests over small businesses and independent family farms.
